The India Cricket Team will be ready to secure the IND vs AFG series with another win at the Holkar Cricket Stadium in Indore. The Men in Blue won’t try to experiment much in changing and chopping their winning combination, but a few tweaks can be done to the team. The biggest conundrum will be whether Ravi Bishnoi retains spot or Kuldeep Yadav gets his chance.
It is safe to say that the Holkar Cricket Stadium is a batters’ paradise. With an average first innings score of 209, the main focus will be on the bowlers. Furthermore, teams will prefer chasing the score. This in turn will be crucial for India to decide on their preferred spinner.
India will opt for Axar Patel as their spinner all-rounder. With Ravi Bishnoi failing to provide much breakthrough in the first game, Rahul Dravid might be tempted to go for Kuldeep Yadav for the IND vs AFG 2nd T20I. Axar was good with the ball after having scalped 2 crucial wickets.
Bishnoi on the other hand conceded 35 runs in just 3 overs. This in turn can be a big problem for the Men in Blue when they face the Pathans on a batter’s pitch.
